Job Title: Account Executive
Reports to: Senior Account Manager or Account Director
We are seeking bright graduates to join our expanding Account Management team, working across our range of blue-chip clients. You will become an expert in data-led marketing, at the forefront of an exciting and rapidly evolving industry.
The right candidate will be numerate and commercially focussed, and enjoy building relationships with clients and internal colleagues. You will be enthusiastic and a quick learner, and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment working across several projects at the same time.

Liaise with internal and client teams to develop and produce project specifications and associated cost estimates
Manage the end-to-end marketing campaign process, liaising with both internal and client teams to ensure projects are delivered to specification and on time
Schedule and attend client meetings, creating agendas and meeting contact reports
Produce and maintain weekly reports such as client status documents and financial information
Conduct client and industry research as appropriate, communicating and sharing knowledge across the company where relevant
Essential Skills & Attributes
Educated to degree level
Excellent numeracy and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Effective communicator with strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Good organisational and time management
Proactive, forward thinking and eager to progress
Team player comfortable working under pressure
Good use of Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Base understanding of statistical measures
Knowledge of CRM strategies from up-sell and cross sell strategies through to retention and churn management
Familiarity with client/agency working practices
